Once a Week Watering Begins 1 December 2023

The Southwest Florida Water Management District (SWFWMD) has stated that Hillsborough County residents can only water their lawns one designated day a week beginning 1 December 2023.      
 
Residents can water their lawns either before 8 a.m. or after 6 p.m. on their designated day.     
 
Your watering day schedule:   
• Addresses ending with a 0 or 1 can water on Mondays.   
• Addresses ending with a 2 or 3 on Tuesdays.   
• Addresses ending with a 4 or 5 on Wednesdays.   
• Addresses ending with a 6 or 7 on Thursdays.   
• Addresses ending with an 8 or 9 and common areas on Fridays.

Please pay close attention to notices received from the HOA regarding homesite maintenance (including, but not limited to cleaning driveways/homes, removing weeds in plant beds and between driveway joints, fixing unsightly lawn problems, etc.).
 
Communication is important: Let our HOA management company know about the status of fixing a violation. Annual Dues must be paid by January 1st of each year.
