About Us

Ayersworth Glen 3A HOA is a community located in Wimauma, Florida, east of Hwy 301, I-75, and Apollo Beach and about 45-minutes south of Tampa. This makes commuting to surrounding cities and areas very easy.  Residents can enjoy nearby local amenities that include shopping, dining, entertainment, education, banking and healthcare. 

 

We are part of Highlands CDD in Hillsborough County, Florida. Our community association has 227 homes with mandatory assessments due January 1 each year. You can learn a little more about living in our deed restricted community by reading our Community Information Sheet.
